Chris is the founder and Director of Nailed It Safety. Chris was formerly in charge of Health and Safety for a leading Main Contractor, a position he held for many years. His role involved managing the safety of more than 25 worksites and a dozen contractors at any one time plus juggling the safety requirements of multiple clients. Chris is a member of New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM) for both professional development and accountability, and he is well versed in the legislative and best practice requirements of safety in construction.
When he’s not helping clients, Chris is either spending time in the great outdoors or at home with his young family. He has a decent sized vege garden and is wildly passionate about New Brighton, which he reckons is Christchurch’s best beach (sorry Sumner). A genuine good sort, Chris is also active in his community and church, and likes to lend a hand anyway he can.
Craig joined the team at Nailed It Safety Solutions as a Safety Advisor in July 2018 following an extensive 30 plus year career in the Construction and heavy equipment industries. Having previously owned or managed several businesses over his extensive career, Craig understands what it’s like to be responsible for compliance in an ever-changing and confusing environment. He has been working in Health and Safety as a Consultant for the past 6 years.
Like all our staff, Craig is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM) for ongoing professional development. He is passionate about simple, straight forward processes to help your business excel in Health and Safety.
In his spare time, Craig can often be found up the Bridle Path walkway or spending time with his family.
