Chris Brosnan
DIRECTOR
Chris is the Managing Director of Nailed It Safety Solutions and is primarily responsible for making sure that you have fantastic experience working with our team.
Having worked in the construction industry for more than 12 years, he started Nailed It Safety back in 2016 in response to more and more companies asking “Can’t you just do it for us?” Chris is most passionate about helping develop great processes to ensure your staff go home safe every day.
As a Dad with three kids under 6, he also drinks way too much coffee so if you’re wanting to grab one as an excuse to get your H&S sorted then it’s a good bet he’s up for that!
Matt Morrison
NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Matt is our National Operations Manager looking after our Construction Site Auditor team.
Based in the best little Capital in the world "Wellington," Matt has a real passion for people, building long-lasting relationships, and giving practical solutions to H&S problems.
With 13 years’ experience in the Joinery Trade, he has seen first-hand the positive outcomes that good Health and Safety can bring to your workplace. He strongly believes that everyone deserves to come home safe each day.
To Matt, Health and Safety is all about looking after everyone. With clear processes and communication, anything can be achieved.
Matt enjoys being a Dad to 3 young kids, sport, and is a motorbike enthusiast.
Paul Anger
HEALTH & SAFETY SITE ADVISOR
CHRISTCHURCH
Paul is another one of our Site Auditor team based in Christchurch. His role is to help you your full potential on the worksite by educating your staff and contractors about their Health and Safety Protocols.
When it comes to safety, Paul is passionate about improving the safety culture on site, ensuring that every worker has not only knowledge but an understanding of the Safety Protocols, developing strong relationships and acting as a coach, mentor and guide to support staff to perform in the safest manner at all times, delivering best practice and strong employee engagement.
Paul has ample experience in the construction industry having worked for over 14 years in all areas of residential and commercial building sites. He understands first-hand what needs to be done for the job to be completed safely and efficiently. He can relate to the troubles each and every worker of different areas may encounter and is able to teach them the safe method of operations.
Paul and his family recently arrived from Australia and are enjoying the Kiwi lifestyle.
